Nonferrous Metal Castings Co., Ltd. Of Shandong University is a scientific specialized production company with stock holding by Shandong University. She owns the independent legal entity, and owns independent own-operation export and import right.

There are 3 sections of the company:

Nonferrous Metal Castings Company—— Specially produce aluminum castings and parts. The present yearly production capacity is 1500 tons.

□Professional Equipment Manufacture Company——Specially research, develop, and produce aluminum degassing, deslagging, and refining equipment; research, develop, and produce aluminum casting used low pressure casting machining, heat treatment furnace.

□Intelligent Casting Robot R&D and Manufacturing Company—Specializing in researching & developing and manufacturing of robot which is used for cast casting, cast shoveling and cast refitting.

To control products’ quality, we have some inspection equipment such as: Helium Leakage Indicator of Shimadzu Company, Japan; Metal Scan of Arun Company, England;3D Coordinate Meter of Eberlink Company, England; X-Ray Detector of Dandong Nondestructive testing equipment Company of China.
